Hello if anyone know that my account growth pack is not being refreshed for the last 8 months and for that bug I have lost lots of PUBG mobile good items. If any one know do let me know #requests

Each pack available in the Growth Pack section is purchasable only once. If you have purchased a pack in the past, it will be sold out and you will need to complete the login missions to collect the remaining rewards within a pack. This still applies if you have purchased the same pack a year ago.

My in game growth pack is not refreshed mean is that I didn't buy it since last eight months and every season it say its already bought it but that is glitch please fix it my in game uid is

This is not a bug. You can only buy it once. Growth Pack does not refresh.
I can only buy once means I can not buy it like other pack that I can buy every season

Yes, that’s correct. You can only buy the Growth Pack once in your lifetime. It does not refresh with every new season.
