HDR heic files are not rendered correctly on Android

When I upload a photo from my iPhone 13 Pro I can see it no problem in my Android Immich on my Pixel 9 Pro, however if I upload image from iPhone 15 Pro or higher I see just a blurry version of it, which feels like a preview. This is happening only when "load original file" is enabled (or when I download an original locally to Android from immich sever). I can see both photos just fine on Immich web or iPhone. If I disable "load original file" and restart the app I can see both photos correctly (if I do not have the photo locally downloaded). Attaching both photos and how they look in the app. I can repro this issue on Android simulator too. My main suspicion is that iPhone 15 pro heic has HDR and 13 Pro does not, but can be wrong.
