reset rank

hi! my ex boyfriend has apparently played on my account and got it to immortal in ep8 (i just started playing again), now i would like to play ranked but im like silver/bronze. is there any way to reset my rank bc i dont want to ruin for my teammates in this elo. i have many skins and knifes on this account so i dont really wanna play on another account. can someone help?
