Best gradient overlay for cards with background images?
front-endWith so many modern CSS techniques; manipulating colors, blend-modes, etc., what is your go-to solution for a gradient color overlay over a card with the three layers background image, gradient background and text? From transparent to black will guarantee that it works all the time, but if you want a solution that "blend in" with the image a bit more, yet still making sure that the text is readable, what do you do then?
