Account banned for cheating.
Hi people! So I started playing Val on beta, stopped playing it a bit after, now looking to get back into it, after trying to log in welp my account is banned for cheating.....Looking into tracker someone played for a few episodes before getting banned..... He got to plat, so it's defenitely not me lol I was horrendous..
I know it isn't me as I wasn't playing the game at the time, and won't be my IP if there's a log of that... Is there something to be done there? I put some money for skins so not trying to lose that + a beta account.

If not, you have most likely been hacked. In that case, I suggest trying to auto-recover it first

Never gave access to anyone.. So I think I got hacked, I already reset password on account so I can log in Riot, but I'm banned.... Is there some sort of ban appeal/investigation they could do? @fly (pls @ for reply <3) Thanks Fly! 🙂

It would be good to know how long the account has been banned for. If you said you stopped after beta and it might be banned since then, then the ban is definitely way too old and the account data doesn't even exist anymore on Riots side
In that case yeah, as momo said, you will unfortunately not get that account back :SAD:
You could try of course, but I am not sure if they will be able to help you
Try the support page in incognito tab maybe, since you get whitescreened
