I'm a noob with a noob question.
How do I update my bios if using Bazzite?
MB = ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS (WI-FI)
Current version 4403. Target version (latest) 5021

Solution
All done.
1. Downloaded zip file, unzip (gives .CAP file).
2. installed Gparted in terminal.
3. Format USB to FAT 32.
4. Copy .CAP to USB.
5. Restart and entered BIOS.
6. Used the EZ flash 3 tool.
I did not need to use the renaming file (windows .exe).
