Traversal Stutter with Indiana Jones

When I walk through doors or enter a new area in Indiana Jones my fps tanks. I downloaded AMDVLK and used that in desktop mode and the issue was resolved so it seems to be a RADV issue. Anyone got a fix that will work in game mode?
Specs: 9800x3d, 9070xt, ran update tonight.
