whats a good first animal for a new player (me)
so I'm a new player and I want to start my first franchise zoo and i want to get a first that animal that will get some good money and will make pepole come to my zoo

Galapagos Tortoise + Bairrd's Tapir.
Blackbuck + Nilgai with the Asia DLC.
lions are the best
here is a table i use (from Villanelle on reddit), i filtered it by the packs you own and sorted by best to worst appeal to cost ratio
nile monitors are awesome, people love them, they are confident so no stress there, small in size so feeding them meat doesn't sink all your budget
red pandas are also great but will need one-way glass for the viewing area, otherwise they lose their minds 🫨
another good start would be to get zebra and warthog together, you can even add in an ostrich, guests like when there are multiple animals in the same habitat and you also save on barrier cost + easier to take care of 1 habitat instead of 3
