My pages worker is grabbing old commits from github

I have no code to show. So let me tell you what happened.

I was inactive for 2 months because of school. I made a website that my classmates use to stay updated on reminders and all that. The new semester dropped and we got new subjects. I updated the code to include the subjects (including other new features I haven't pushed but I hid it).

After doing so, I checked the website and saw that nothing has changed. It is still using the old commits (2 months ago) so I tried disconnecting the git integration to the pages, but for some reason - the page worker is hallucinating, and is giving me links to a nonexistent "Manage" button which leads to nowhere and it's still using the old commits.

The reason why I didn't just create a new application and relink it is because the website has a D1 Database and a R2 Bucket consisting of assignments, homework, activities, and more information that would really be devastating to my classmates if they are destroyed.

I apologize if I posted this in this channel. There is not much help from workers-and-pages-help because I get ignored. I hope that I would get more feedback here.

TL;DR

After different attempts, the workers page is using the old commits to continue running, even though the github repo has confirmed new commits.
