Clean install, first update caused problem on MSI laptop.

questionbug
This my very first time installing Bazzite, so I am a bit weirded out over my strange update debacle.

After the install, everything was working seemingly fine. I updated all my software with Bazaar, and after rebooting I tried running:
ujust update
ujust update

After rebooting, the system started up very slowly, and some hardware stopped working (e.g. sound and nic). Shutting down the system wouldn't work either, I had to hold the power button to kill it.

Booting into ostree:1 fixed all the problems. I ran a rollback command:
rpm-ostree rollback
rpm-ostree rollback

Now it boots into the working version. I reran the update command and everything looks good, there doesn't seem to be any available updates. However, a message comes up labled as "uupd."

System Warning: There hasn't been an update in over a month. Consider rebooting or running updates manually.

EDIT: It did actually update something, it put me on version 43. Running Bazzite on version 42 seems to be working, though I do not think its particularly wise to just run on an out-of-date system.

I do not fully understand what is happening, I gather there is some issues with MSI laptops in general, but I want to see if I can't get to the bottom of the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
