VAN: RESTRICTION 1

hello, i've been having a series of errors on my main account for val and now its this. ive already enabled secure boot, tpm 2.0, disabled csm, updated my bios etc. im on a asus vivobook 15 x512-fb on w11. i can play val on other accounts and its only on my main that is getting this error. i dont know what to do anymore.
