Request to Withdraw or Reconsider Copyright Complaints – PUBG Mobile Related Accounts
Dear Tencent Copyright Team,
My name is Adham Mohamed, and I am a PUBG Mobile player and the owner of the following accounts:
TikTok: @Unknown user
Telegram: @pezastore
Recently, I received notices indicating that my TikTok account and Telegram channel were reported for copyright violations related to PUBG Mobile content. I would like to sincerely apologize and clarify my situation.
I am a genuine PUBG Mobile player, and all the content on my TikTok account — especially gameplay clips — was recorded and edited by me using my own gameplay. My TikTok page, which had over 1.2 million followers, focused on original gameplay highlights, reactions, and community moments. I never intended to violate any copyright rules or harm Tencent’s rights.
In the past, my Telegram channel (@pezastore) was used for trading PUBG accounts and offering UC top-ups. At that time, I was not fully aware that such activities violated Tencent’s copyright and commercial-use policies.
I have now completely stopped these activities, removed all related posts, and I fully understand the seriousness of the issue. I assure you this will never happen again.
I kindly and respectfully request that your team consider withdrawing or re-evaluating the copyright complaints filed against my TikTok and Telegram accounts.
I am now fully committed to being a legitimate creator and will only produce original, fair-use, and community-friendly PUBG Mobile content.
I deeply respect Tencent’s policies and appreciate the efforts your team makes to protect the community and the game.

I am ready to provide any additional verification or documentation if required.
Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support.
Sincerely,
Adham Mohamed
