I have an old account that we use for our business where we host our dns records on cloud flare. However, I'd like to add the zero trust services and features to our existing cloud flare account, but I'm unable to. The previous manager of our cloud flare account is no longer with the business. Their emails are an alias for my email address at the business. I get emails from everybody and anyone sending to the email address on account for cloud flare, but I'm not getting the verification emails. This seems to be a common thread here in discord as well, but I'm unable to Get help resolving the issue.
