DH on Multiplayer server vs Singleplayer

MC 1.21.xHello so I have a copy of my server in single player and multiplayer when I go into single player and load 1024 chunks my render distance is insane after everything loads but when I go into the server and do the same command/config to generate the chunks it generates them but I think it's only doing about 256 am I not able to use generator like how it's used in single player why does my Server render distance not Generate as far as my single player am I missing something on one version 1.21.8 fabric.
