getting random 524 errors (origin server is working perfectly)

i am using cloudflare to manage dns for last 1 year

i have deployed my django backend and next js frontend in my aws ec2 instances with load balancer and auto scaling

till now it was working perfectly

 

but from this December i am facing problems

 

like some times i am unable to access my backend or frontend

the page doesnt' load

 

i type the link https://www.battlesofbiology.org/ and it just keeps loading and after some time then i get 524 http error

 

Previously it was working perfectly

 

but for a few days i am facing this problem



not always but sometimes in some devices

 

 

and also if i change the wifi network it work fine then

everything form aws is working fine

the django and next js application is working perfectly

cz not everyone is facing this issue at the same time





some times some devices are facing this issue

and even if they just turn on a vpn or change the wifi network

it gets fix automatically

then later it happens again
