Version 1.1.0 of signalk-racer has been released. Now with support for timeToLine and timeToBurn. The algorithm uses both the current SOG/COG, plus a set of recent samples of VMG to the line and parallel to the line to calculate the time, so that luffing to burn time doesn't make the time to line change. I hope the algorithm is well described in the README. I'm currently away from my boat, so I have only been able to test in the simulator, so I'd love to get real feedback if this approach works. I'll add these values to the matching KIP widgets in the next few days.
