Migrating to Wasp 17, getting dependency install error for express types

I'm attempting to migrate version 16 => 17 by following the docs here:

This suggests in step 8 to bump types/express to 4.17.3, but I'm getting the error "- Wasp requires package "@types/express" to be version "^5.0.0" in package.json.". As this would be related to my payment logic, I wanted to double check before I bumped it (and if it does need to be 5.0.0 I'll put in a pr for the docs
