Not being able to buy valorant points

so im trying to buy some valorant points since im 100 short for a skin but whenever i buy with mobile i have to first send a text message to some number to confirm my identity right?well for some reason the text message isnt getting sent to that number and it isnt an issue from my side so idk how to fix this
