i opened
Find this
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
And send screenshot
Double click on second one
Solution
Set it from 1 to 0
Ok and apply
Restart your pc
done
Launch your game
it still failed
