boots and cats and boots and…

hello,

i am currently looking for winter boots, but have never bought them before and don’t really know what to look for. I also have no clue about sizing (if you mention brannock I’ll cry). I attached some photos of things that’ve caught my eye on vinted (EU), and I’d say I’m looking to spend 200 max.

any tips on brands to check out are welcome (I have a search going with chippewa, red wing, danner, and a lot of the other big names) but perhaps there are Euro brands that aren’t on my radar?

any general tips on sizing boots also welcome. I wear a US 10/43 in most things (for example adidas sneakers, gats, salomons)

any advice regarding these NOT being suited for winter also welcome.. I’m really a noob here HOLY
