Help with DB folder

I'm migrating to a new server.
The current server DB folder looks like this:

drwx------ 21 dnsmasq   mobihen87 4.0K Dec  3 19:45 immichDb

drwx------ 21 dnsmasq   mobihen87 4.0K Dec  3 19:45 immichDb

can i change the dsnmasq to be root or mobihen87 while preserving functionality of Immich ð
