Ubisoft Connect

And it's me again.
The Problem: I run Ubisoft Connect through Heroic. Only way to make it run at all for me.
I am trying to install Anno 117, but for some reason UC can't read the capacity of the separate SSD correctly.
The actual free space is over 300 GB but UC reads only 67 GB available.
I am at a loss here. Anybody got an idea?
The external drive is btrfs
