Management of uploads, folders, photo albums

I would like to be able to upload my photos from my phone to my NAS in a folder where it would have 2 folders: one classified by date like the templates do, the other containing the other photos classified by album. Being able to move photos alone to the albums of my choice and for this to be effective on my NAS and my immich library. This will allow me to have the same photo classification in the immich interface and on the nas. How to do?
