CRITICAL: Production Down - Billing Sync Error (Invoice PAID but Plan FREE)

I am following up on my email sent to you 2 days ago. My production services are failing because of a billing system error, and I cannot wait any longer.
Here are the facts:
Payment Made: $5.00 via PayPal on Nov 22, 2025.
Invoice: IN-51968465 (Status shows PAID in my dashboard).
The Error: My Workers account was downgraded to Free despite the payment.
Impact: It may lead to service interruptions and prevent my users from using the project normally.
I have already submitted a support ticket.
Account Email: provisional.anonymous@gmail.com
Please check my account manually and restore my Paid plan immediately. The system failed to provision my subscription.
