Help solving dispute over my project

I need urgent assistance regarding my project hosted on your platform.
A developer who worked on my system created the database under a personal account without granting me administrative access, and is now refusing to release access to the project. I have the project URL and the public key used in the front-end, but I do not have the required administrative credentials to recover, migrate, or take ownership of the database.
I would like to know:
1. Is there any way to identify the owner of the instance/project using the Supabase project URL?
2. Is it possible to transfer the project ownership to my account, upon providing proof that I am the legal owner of the system?
3. If ownership transfer is not possible, is there any way to recover the stored data, considering that I have the front-end in my possession?
I am willing to provide documents, logs, repository access, and evidence proving that the project and its data belong to my company.
I await further instructions on the next steps to recover access or retrieve the database.
