I am trying to onboard a domain and getting an outstanding billing error.
The outstanding billing must be from someone else’s account. I’ve even tried adding the domain as a paid domain in our account.
I have raised a support ticket and gotten no activity after 5 days…..
We are currently an enterprise Imperva customer that’s been considering Cloudflare, but this lack of support is extremely off putting.
Any advice on how to get help? Case 01866431
