Urgent: Locked Out of Supabase Dashboard Due to Session Timeout (Pro plan)
I’m unable to log in to my Supabase account. Every attempt results in a “Your session has timed out” error, preventing me from accessing the dashboard at all. I captured a HAR file during the failed login flow and I submitted a support request via email b/c the form on supabase.help wouldn't let me. I can’t reach the authenticated portion of the UI.
Additionally, your support form won’t let me select an affected project (I just get a spinner) — likely because that requires being logged in — so I’m stuck in a bit of a chicken-and-egg situation. This is unfortunately blocking my production app.
The automated/canned response to my email submission states:
"If you are on a paid plan, please note that emailing us directly will not associate your request with your paid organisation. Our system treats all direct email submissions as Free plan tickets unless they come through the support form in your Supabase dashboard. To make sure your ticket is properly flagged and prioritised according to your plan, please submit all support requests via supabase.help" ...which, by the sound of it, makes my ticket flagged as 'non-priority' despite being on Pro plan.
