USB ports stopped working

The initial boot for my computer used an unusual long couple of minutes today.
When it booted into bazzite, non of my keyboard, mouse, speakers or headset worked, changed the plugs around and found that only two of the ports works (they work without issues in BIOS).

The speakers are plugged in with an AUX, but is usually detected as USB-audio on bazzite, my motherboard (Asus ROG Strix B650E-I) most likely runs it through the USB-controller
