Novu workflow failing when prime symbol (′) in payload / rendered emails

About 2 weeks ago we ran into an issue where if the payload / dynamically rendered data of an email included an apostrophe, the workflow would fail with a rather vague error.
At that time we found that if you replace the apostrophe with a prime symbol, it looks nearly the same, but actually works. And so we quickly wrote a sanitizer to resolve this issue in our codebase before triggering.
Today, randomly our workflow started failing on the email step again, this time related to the inability to handle the prime symbol. This can be reproduced quite simply if you pass a payload into a workflow with an email, where something in the payload has a prime indicator (′) and is rendered in the email content.
Additionally the apostrophes appear to be working again, but my confidence on this is wavering a bit. Could you guys by any chance confirm you were aware of this issue and pushed some resolution over the last few weeks? Additionally could you investigate the issue surounding the prime symbol as well?
