Need an explanation!!
A friend in pubg asked me to play with him in a pubg mobile tournament and sent me a fake and a scam pubg website ( which I didn’t know) to register on the website. On the website, I was asked to enter my email and phone number and as I am not experienced in this, I entered my details and lost my login methods.
So the question is, does PUBG MOBILE justify this as a scam or as an hacked account?
Because I just seen the following writing on the official pubg mobile website and was a bit confused so when I do a claim should I mention how my account was hacked on the website or should I mention my friend as a scammer made me use the fake website that led to my account being hacked.
I am wondering because that might be a reason for my claim being not approved
