Help in logging to Supabase

So when I was working in Vercel, it popped up to install Supabase. I just went with it and registered and created a database a few days back. Today I received email that my database is going to be paused due to inactivity, so went to log in. I remember I did not give any password, but it was asking for one. I just forgot the password to receive the password reset email in the inbox. It was unsuccessful, so I went to register as a new user, but it says the user already exists. I need some help
