Seems clear at a glance, and yet I find myself having a couple of questions:

- Are those prices for each started 100k images, or are they divided by the actual count of images? For example, if I serve 1000 images once a month, will I be billed $0.05 + $0.01?
- Does image delivery include whatever is in the cache? Say, those 1000 images go through Cloudflare, get cached and all, will I be only charged $0.05 for storage next month?
