Project stuck in “Pausing” state for days — cannot restore or access dashboard
Hi everyone,
I’m having a serious issue with one of my Supabase projects and I’m hoping someone might have seen this before.
I’m trying to resume a project that was paused automatically, but the dashboard has been stuck in a “Pausing” state for several days. When I click Restore project, I only get an infinite loading spinner, and I cannot access the database, tables, API, or any service.
What I’m trying to do:
Simply restore the project and continue development.
What’s going wrong:
Dashboard shows “Project is pausing”
Restore button leads to endless loading
No way to access data or project settings
The state has not changed for multiple days
Environment:
Accessing via web dashboard (tested Chrome & Edge)
Free plan
No recent changes to the project
Project Name: Gestionale_SOL
Project ID: uyirqepgmxljmpystavc
I’ve already submitted a support ticket via the official form, but since I’m on the Free plan I’m not sure if it will be prioritized — and I have an important client meeting soon, so I really need to get the project back online.
Has anyone experienced a project being stuck in Pausing like this?
