How to Remove App Icons?
I have various icons in this "Games" folder and elsewhere on in my listed apps. I don't want some of them listed (like steam games) and others i've removed the folder associated with them. How can I remove these icons from my listed apps?

Correct. Steam for example puts these in
~/.local/share/applications
