0.0.0.0 in free_proxies list

I noticed issues with my bouncer not taking new rules around December 9, 2025, and it turns out it was due to 0.0.0.0 being added to the free_proxies list. Not sure who manages the list, but 0.0.0.0 is not a valid destination and cannot be blocked.

Any way to update the free proxies scraper so 0.0.0.0 can't be included?

We have manually removed the entry at 10am UTC time, we are still investigating how this got into the blocklists as it classed as a false positive in our classification as you noted it not a real WAN.

Your next blocklist pull should remove it, but if you want to promptly remove it run cscli decisions delete
