Unable to connect to DB, disk full dispite autoscaling

I was running a long DELETE query on hdpkxkmtcuwzyferupdq as (I think) autoscaling kicked in. However, the DELETE never completed, I got a Query 1 ERROR at Line 1: : PANIC: could not write to file "pg_wal/xlogtemp.1727026": No space left on device error and now I can no longer connect
