Pointcloud support

Are there any plans to support Pointcloud extension?

Can paid subscriptions add extra extensions on a branch, so that all the derived branches have the right extension irrespective of new instance support?

Hey!
I haven't heard of any plans to support Pointcloud in future.
These additions are demand based, so definitely make sure to request the extension through our form : https://neon.com/docs/extensions/pg-extensions#request-an-extension
Also, note that we allow custom built extensions with the Scale plan, though I'm not sure that this would fall under that category : https://neon.com/docs/extensions/pg-extensions#custom-built-extensions

It's not on the list of extensions that can be requested.

I would go further and ask if 'it's possible to load our own extensions and if there are any guides for extensions that play well within neon eco system

I'll add it to our feature/extension request document then!
On Scale it might be possible, I also also depends on the license of the extension too. As for extension that play well with Neon, I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean something like this : https://neon.com/docs/extensions/neon
