Trouble installing WoeUSB for dual boot.

I'm trying to setup dual boot with windows, but I can't seem to get WoeUSB to install. I've tried the suggested Fedora command on Github (sudo dnf install git p7zip p7zip-plugins python3-pip python3-wxpython4), as well as running rpm-ostree as suggested by a post back in February (rpm-ostree install woeusb-ng). Any help would be much appreciated.
