pgvecto_upgrade crashes when updating TrueNAS Immich app to v2.3.1

Everything was working normally until I decided to upgrade to v2.3.1.
I am seeing the following error when trying to startup the Immich app for TrueNAS Scale.
What would be the safest next steps to fix this issue?
I would obviously like to use the latest version of Immich, but if necessary, would it be safe to rollback the TrueNAS Immich app version and relaunch?
