I’m facing an extremely critical situation and I urgently need guidance or any contact that could help.
Vercel completely deleted my Supabase database, without warning. We run a business that operates with real-time transactions, so this data is essential. At the moment:
We have no access to our database.
We are losing customer trust because our operations depend entirely on that data.
Vercel is not responding to tickets or support at all.
We don’t have any local backups beyond what was stored in Supabase.
I need to know what steps to take, whether there is any way to recover the deleted database, or if anyone has gone through something similar and managed to resolve it (through Vercel, Supabase, or any alternative route).
Any help, advice, or direct contact would be greatly appreciated. This situation is impacting us both operationally and financially.
