[EFAULT] Failed 'up' action for 'immich' app. (TrueNAS)

Hey,
I hope someone could help me figuring out what is going wrong here. I´m super new to TrueNAS and selfhosting stuff in general. I just started a few days ago and setup my NAS using TrueNAS, installed immich and a few other apps. Everything was worling perfectly fine up until today.
When I logged in to TrueNAS, I saw that my Immich App was crashed, so I tried restarting it and got that Error: "[EFAULT] Failed 'up' action for 'immich' app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details"
Where I found this:
Container ix-immich-pgvecto_upgrade-1 service "pgvecto_upgrade" didn't complete successfully: exit 1\nservice "pgvecto_upgrade" didn't complete successfully: exit 1\n (unfortunately the whole log is tpo long for Discord)
So it looks like pgvecto_upgrade isn´t starting. I then tried to rollback to a snapshot from yesterday since everything was working fine then. It didn´t change anything. - So I tried to uninstall the app on TrueNAS and install it again, but no luck again... it doesn´t let me complete the install, because I still get the same error message.
Anyone has any ideas?
