Database/project disappeared - what happened?

I have a database on Neon setup and recently it just completely disappeared. My website is now down and I can't find any evidence of the database/project on Neon. I don't know what is happening but need to get this resolved ASAP.
The host is

ep-summer-bonus-a7ol1rmj.ap-southeast-2.aws.neon.tech

if that is of any use.
Can I please get some assistance in locating and restoring my database?

Thinking about it, I may have created it via Vercel's interface... I will also reach out to them. If anyone here has any suggestions though, I'd love to hear thoughts.

Hey!
Can you still connect to the database (using psql for example), or does the connection string not even work? If you can still connect to it, you may be looking at the wrong org, and need to switch to the Vercel managed org using the dropdown on the top left.

Hey Sam, thanks for the response. I can't use the connection string. When I try connect I get . I don't know what would have caused the password to change...

This at least gives me hope that the database still exists somewhere since at least the host exists...

Have you checked all your orgs in the Neon dashboard?

So I'm pretty sure that I created the database via Vercel's integration with neon. I just went ahead and created another database via the integration and now I can see that empty database located within a separate org tied to my Neon user in the Neon dashboard.
Some time ago I also downgraded from a paid plan to a free plan on Vercel - I'm wondering if that broke the connection?
Is it enough for Neon support to just have the host and db name and then identify how to regain access to this db?
