Path of Exile 2 - Corrupt Files or Overclocked CPU crash

I keep crashing and I've done all the proton switches, made sure my CPU is not OC'd. I keep getting the Corrupt Files or overclocked CPU error. My steam settings are good, my in game settings are good, not running vulkan. Anyone else having these issues? I didn't start having the issue until I switched to bazzite, it wasn't doing it with ubuntu.

Running a 9800x3d and 7900xtx
