Troubleshooting Audio/Mic Issues (Noisy Mic)

Hi!

I recently tried to do a video call through a web client, and noticed the microphone quality on my end is terrible. There is constant noise, echo and feedback from the mic input.

I later tested the mic input on its own, installed a sound recorder and tested locally, but it is indeed still just as bad. I also tested a Logitech headset which seems to have decent sound quality.

Having eliminated it being an issue with the app and isolated it to the microphone input (which works fine in Windows 11), is there something I can do to improve the performance of the microphone under Bazzite?

For reference this is on a Legion Pro 7 16IRX8H - Type 82WQ. Here's fastfetch output in case it helps:
