Dual channel RAM not being detected

I installed bazzite nvidia a few weeks ago and everything was running fine until today. I opened up Suicide equal kill the justice league and I got a warning that I’m using single channel memory. I’ve never gotten this warning before. The bios shows both sticks and xmp is enabled. CPU-X also shows both sticks. I’m not sure how to fix this. The steam performance overlay shows 13GB usable memory , which means it is detecting both sticks right?
I’ve tried:
- reseating the RAM sticks
- tested booting up with just one stick (did this with both sticks to make sure one of them isn’t faulty)
- updated my bios
- reinstalled bazzite
None of the above works. Can anyone please help?
