Cannot remove payment method - cannot cancel subscription

I want to remove my payment method from cloudflare, however I cannot do that until I have cancelled all my subscriptions.
I cancelled R2 Paid, but Teams Free Base is there and I cannot cancel subscription on it.
When I click on cancel, I go to the downgrade form -> see image -> however, the Confirm button is disabled....
