User preferences
Is it possible to create a user with their preferences set to off for all workflows? In our system user preferences should default to off. Our current process creates a subscriber and then immediately turns off preferences for every workflow. This is adding a lot of latency because we have to make 5 * N requests. (Where N is the total number of workflows. 5 is for each channel).
