Support for :streamGenerateContent on Unified billing + google-ai-studio

Regarding Gemini, after registering BYOK, it worked with streamGenerateContent.
This means it seems not to support Unified Billing. However, the documentation states that it is supported.

Hi! If I understood the issue correctly, basically you are seeing :streamGenerateContent not work on Unified billing on AI gateway for google-ai-studio. It appears yep, we currently only have :generateContent support on this provider, but it is trivial for us to enable support for :streamGenerateContent as well. I have created a ticket to fix this internally, and will get back when we have a release out for this

Hijacking this slightly, would be nice if the docs accurately show what endpoints do and donât work. (or even a note saying that not all endpoints work per provider) I also came across this issue before and trying to figure out what is wrong was a headache. (ai-gateway)
