Marvel rivals wont launch

Hello,
Ive been trying to open Marvel rivals from dowloading it from the epic games store (i couldnt dowload it from steam). I dont receieve any error message but it simply will not open. It launches, it says im playing, but then it crashes.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

marvel rivals only works with the commercial version of Crossover (the paid one, with the 14-days free trial)

Not sure if it works with the stable release but it does work with the latest Preview build, access to those requires an active support entitlement
