Marvel rivals wont launch

Ive been trying to open Marvel rivals from dowloading it from the epic games store (i couldnt dowload it from steam). I dont receieve any error message but it simply will not open. It launches, it says im playing, but then it crashes.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
