Is spoofing safe on main accounts?

I've been spoofing on an alt acc but want to progress my main. Is it safe to use my main if I don't teleport and stuff that show obvious signs of spoofing?

But i have noticed that those who spoof and purchase in game items using money, they usually get strikes
